Red River Bank Financial Seminars

Red River Bank "University" is a series of financial seminars offered to the public free of charge. The seminars are conducted throughout the year and cover a variety of topics. Topics have included subjects such as Identity Theft, Saving & Investing, Financial Tools, and Understanding Credit.

These informational seminars provide an educational resource for those in our communities and were developed based on customer input. The seminars are taught by Red River Bank staff as well as local experts in each field, when appropriate. Seminars are conducted at our banking centers and at other locations such as civic groups, churches, and places of business.

Registration: Registration will open 30 days prior to the date of the seminar.
Objectives: Participants will learn from a lenders perspective the details about pre-qualifying for a mortgage, saving for down payment and closing costs, and qualifying for mortgage down payment assistance, bond loans, etc. Participants will also learn about credit and what to do if their credit score needs improving as well as how debt is viewed by lenders.
