Text Banking

Getting account information is as quick as a text message. Send a simple text command and receive a text message reply with your requested information. For example, text the command "B" and receive a reply with your account balance.

Mobile Banking

Mobile Web — If your phone has internet access, Mobile Web Banking is a similar experience to Online Banking. Your account information is provided through your web browser on your phone. Visit http://m.redriverbank.net from your enrolled phone browser.

Mobile App — Get your account information using the latest technology trend – download an App. Download our free Mobile Banking App to your iPhone or Blackberry. (The Red River Bank App can be found by entering the search "Red River Bank".) Our Android App is also available!

*Mobile banking for Red River Bank online banking customers is free. Contact your mobile carrier about text or other charges that might apply. Mobile banking is not available for commercial customers at this time.

What do I need for Mobile Banking?

Just two things:

  1. Online Banking account with Red River Bank
  2. A mobile phone with a text plan or internet plan

How do I get Mobile Banking?  Three easy steps…

Step One:    ENROLL your phone in Online Banking

  • Log into your Online Banking
  • Click on "Mobile Banking" tab
  • Click on Add Phone
  • Provide information about your service provider and phone number
  • Read & Accept the Terms & Conditions
  • Click Enroll.

Step Two:    ACTIVATE your phone

  • Text Banking and Mobile banking are preselected for you. Leave both selected so that you may use either option now or on future phones. (Text banking is needed for you to receive account alerts.)
  • Click Continue.
  • Your activation code is provided along with instructions. This code will expire 12 hours after it was given to you. Print Activation Instructions for assistance in registering your phone.

Step Three:    REGISTER your phone for a secure association with your accounts

  • You will receive a text message from us. Reply to this text message with your activation code. Successful completion registers your phone for Text Banking.
  • You will receive a confirmation text message containing our Mobile Banking link. Click on this link to launch your phone browser and follow the instructions to register your phone for Mobile Web and Mobile App Banking.
