Getting account information is as quick as a text message. Send a simple text command and receive a text message reply with your requested information. For example, text the command "B" and receive a reply with your account balance.
Mobile Web — If your phone has internet access, Mobile Web Banking is a similar experience to Online Banking. Your account information is provided through your web browser on your phone. Visit http://m.redriverbank.net from your enrolled phone browser.
Mobile App — Get your account information using the latest technology trend – download an App. Download our free Mobile Banking App to your iPhone. (The Red River Bank App can be found by entering the search "Red River Bank".) The BlackBerry downloadable app is no longer available. BlackBerry phones can still be used for mobile web if they are running a BB 6x or higher operating system.
NEW: Mobile Bill Pay is now available using the Red River Bank Mobile Banking App. Mobile Bill Pay is available for customers who currently have the Mobile Banking App and are currently enrolled in Bill Pay though Online Banking/Mobile Banking.
If you currently use Mobile Banking, you will be prompted to install an update to the Mobile Banking App. All bill pay information such as payees and payment history automatically transfers over to Mobile Banking Bill Pay.
If you aren't enrolled in Bill Pay, the Bill Pay tab will show in the Mobile Banking App, but will not work. Enrollment into Bill Pay must be done from OnLine Banking and new payees cannot be added through Mobile Bill Pay. Payees must be added through OnLine Banking.
Use your mobile device to scan the appropriate QR code below (most devices with a camera have a QR reader installed) or search for "Red River Bank" from the App Store.
*Mobile banking for Red River Bank online banking customers is free. Contact your mobile carrier about text or other charges that might apply. Mobile banking is not available for commercial customers at this time.
