Mobile Banking

What do I need for Mobile Banking?

Just two things:

  1. Online Banking account with Red River Bank
  2. A mobile device with a text plan or internet plan

NEW: Advanced Login Authentication

In order to enhance the security and convenience of our Mobile Banking solution, we have implemented some changes to the login process. Learn more about Advanced Login Authentication and read the FAQ.

Text Banking

Getting account information is as quick as a text message. Send a simple text command and receive a text message reply with your requested information. For example, text the command "B" and receive a reply with your account balance.

Mobile Banking

Mobile Web — If your mobile device has internet access, Mobile Web Banking is a similar experience to Online Banking. Your account information is provided through your web browser on your mobile device. Visit http://m.redriverbank.net from your enrolled mobile device browser.

Mobile App — The ultimate Mobile Banking experience is through Red River Bank’s Mobile Banking App with a modern dashboard and menu that makes anytime, anywhere banking even more convenient. 
Download our free Mobile Banking App from the iTunes store or Google Play.  You can find our App by entering the search “Red River Bank.”

Bill Pay is available through our Mobile Banking App for customers currently enrolled in Bill Pay through the Bank’s Online Banking service.

If you aren't enrolled in Bill Pay, the Bill Pay tab will show in the Mobile Banking App, but will not work. Enrollment into Bill Pay must be done from Online Banking and new payees cannot be added through Mobile Bill Pay. Payees must be added through Online Banking.

How do I get Mobile Banking?  Three easy steps…

Mobile App

Step One:
DOWNLOAD the app from the App store for your mobile device (iTunes or Google Play).
Step Two:
LOG IN with your Online Banking User ID and password.
Step Three:
REGISTER YOUR DEVICE by providing correct answers to the requested information.

Mobile Web

Step One:
GO TO WEBSITE http://m.redriverbank.net
Step Two:
LOGIN with your Online Banking User ID and password.
Step Three:
REGISTER YOUR DEVICE by providing correct answers to the requested information.

Text Banking**

Step One:
LOGIN to Online Banking using your User ID and password.
Step Two:
ENROLL your mobile device. Go to the Mobile Banking tab and add your mobile device.
Step Three:
REGISTER AND ACTIVATE your mobile device.  Online Banking will provide an activation code. You will receive a text message to which you will reply with your activation code.

** You must be enrolled in Text Banking in order to receive account balance and activity alerts.
