Online Banking Alerts: How to set up an Alert
You can monitor your account activity using a variety of alerts. Instructions are shown below. You can receive alerts for all your accounts sent to your Email or to your mobile phone. Types of alerts are as follows:
- Create an alert for account transfers: complete, modified, failed, recurring, or summary
- Create an alert for account balance: above, below, or equal to an amount
- Create an alert for account balance: daily or weekly available balance
- Create an alert for the results of a stop payment
- Create activity alerts: email address changed, login error, new secure message, or password changed
To create an alert for account transfers:
- Click the '+' next to Account Transfer Alerts to expand the list.
- Select the type of alert from the list.
- If Daily or Weekly Account Transfers Summary is selected and weekly is selected, you must select a day of the week.
- If Recurring/Scheduled Transfer X Days in Advance is selected, you must enter a Number.
- Select the account(s) to apply the alert.
- Click Subscribe. A message will appear saying "Subscription successful".
To create an alert for account balance:
- Click the '+' next to Balance Alerts to expand the list.
- Select the type of alert from the list.
- If either Available Balance Equals or Exceeds or Available Balance Goes Below is selected, you must enter an Amount.
- If Daily or Weekly Available Balance is selected, you must select Mode.
- If Weekly is selected, you must select a Day of the Week.
- Select the account(s) to apply the alert.
- Click Subscribe. A message will appear saying "Subscription successful".
To create an alert for stop pay:
- Click '+' next to Stop Pay Alerts.
- Select Stop Pay Results.
- Select the account(s) to apply the alert.
- Click Subscribe. A message will appear saying "Subscription successful".
To create an activity alert:
- Select Activity Alerts tab.
- Click '+' next to Activity Alerts.
- Select the type of alert from the list.
- Click Subscribe. A message will appear saying "Subscription successful".
Online Banking Alert delivery preference:
Alerts may be sent to your email address or to your mobile phone. Please indicate where you would like to receive alerts.
To receive a text message alert to a mobile phone, use the steps below that have been provided by these vendors. Put your cell number in place of the 9's.

- Type your email address in the appropriate box (primary or alternate email address).
- Click Save.
To change primary email address, you will need to do the following::
- Select Administration.
- Select Change Email Address.
- Type in your new email address twice.
- Click Submit.
