  • For MAC users

If you're unable to access bill pay, hold down the COMMAND key while clicking on the bill pay link. This is a one-time process and any subsequent logins will not require this action.

    For iPad & iPhone users

If you're experiencing any issues accessing online banking or bill pay, it's best to download the Google Chrome App to your device. Safari isn't always the best browser choice. Downloading the Red River Bank Mobile Banking App will eliminate any browser issues. Go to online banking and follow the steps to get set up and download the App from the iTunes store.

    General

If you're having issues sending secure email from your Apple device, try changing to compatibility mode by clicking on the "tools" icon in the address bar located at the top of the screen.
