Mutual Funds

Stocks

Investment Professionals can place stocks, bond and treasury bill orders through PrimeVest. All domestic stock exchange orders are available to our clients. Employee stock options can be processed.

Bonds

Red River Investments Group, through our broker/dealer, PrimeVest, offers a broad range of bonds to meet your income needs. We offer Treasuries, Federal Agencies, corporate, municipal, and mortgage backed securities.

Investment Advisory

Through our Investment Advisory service, Red River Investments Group can offer clients the opportunity to personalize their portfolio and replace typical commission accounts with an account that is fee-based. Our Investment Advisory service also allows individual access to some of the top Institutional Money Managers in the country.

Annuities

Life Insurance for the Living – Investment Professionals offer a variety of annuities:

• Tax Sheltered Annuities: a tax qualified plan offered to employees of non profit organizations and employees of public school systems.
• Variable Annuity: this tax deferred annuity allows you to take advantage of competitive interest rates through market exposure.
• Fixed Annuity: this tax deferred annuity allows you to safely take advantage of competitive fixed interest rates.

529 College Savings Plans

529 Savings Plans can be used to pay tuition, fees, room and board, books and required supplies at accredited colleges, universities and vocational schools across the country.

401(k) Plans

A defined contribution plan that may be established by a company for retirement. Employees may allocate a portion of their salaries into this plan, and contributions are excluded from their income for tax purposes (with limitations). Contributions and earnings will compound tax deferred. Withdrawals from a 401(k) plan are taxed as ordinary income, and may be subject to an additional 10 percent federal tax penalty if withdrawn prior to age 59½.

Estate Planning

The traditional concept of estate planning deals with the orderly transfer of assets at death. At Red River Investments Group we realize it is also important to plan for the accumulation and distribution of an estate during lifetime as well as death.

Red River Investments Group, through our broker/dealer PrimeVest offers access to direct investments such as Real Estate Investment Trusts, and Limited Partnerships. Typical limited partnerships consist of, but are not limited to, oil and gas development, real estate and equipment leasing.
