2. How do I sign up for online banking?
Come by one of our convenient locations and complete an enrollment form.
3. What are some online banking login tips/suggestions?
  • When choosing a login id and password, do not choose something simple that might be guessed by someone else.
  • Do not give your user id or password to anyone.
  • Keep your password in a secure location.
4. Is OLB secure?
Yes. Our online banking application deploys SSL 128bit encryption technology to provide a secure communication session to be established between your computer and the online banking server.
5. What if I encounter problems? Is there help along the way?

  • There is online help available within online banking. Each screen has an information button located at the top of the page.Help button

6. Is there an online banking demo?
Not at this time.
7. What is "Bill Pay?" How does it work? How do I participate?
  • Bill Pay is our online bill payment service accessible through online or mobile banking. You are able to pay your bills (utilities, mortgage payment, vehicle note, etc.) electronically.
  • You can sign up for bill pay at the time you enroll for online banking, or you can send a secure email from within online banking to the bank requesting access to our bill pay application.
8. What can I do to speed up my online banking experience?
  • Make sure all other programs are closed while you are working in online banking.
  • Are you using a dial-up connection? If so, you might want to consider changing to a broadband connection (either using DSL or cable).
